Who do I call for after-hours IT emergency support?

This number is to be used by management if a critical issue arises after normal business hours. 

The after-hours IT Emergency Contact number is: 951-837-HELP (951-837-4357)

Examples of what may constitute a critical emergency:

  • Location down, causing a business stoppage. 
  • Location with crippled function causing disruption of critical business.

If an incident doesn’t meet the emergency threshold, IT will direct you to create a help desk ticket and respond to your issue on the next business day.
