[ARCHIVED] Notice of Continued Public Hearing - Ivy House






NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council Agenda Item No. 8 from the October 3, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting has been continued to the October 17, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting scheduled for 6:00 p.m. or a time soon thereafter, in the Council Chambers at Murrieta City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA. The City Council will consider the following:


Revised Permit (RP) 2021-2429, Tentative Tract Map (TTM) 2021-2428, Master Development Plan (MDP) 2021-2430:  A request by Diversified Pacific Development Group, LLC, to subdivide approximately 22 acres into 62 single-family residential lots with various lots for drainage and open space purposes (Lots A through G).  The project also consists of a revision to the Master Development Plan (MDP) and implementation Development Plan (RP) for the construction of 62 residences, the preservation of approximately 8 acres of open space, and the construction of adjacent and internal roads, alleys, and water quality and conservation measures.  The subject site is zoned Residential Single Family (RS-1) within the Downtown Murrieta Specific Plan and is bordered by B Street to the north, New Clay Street to the east, Ivy Street to the south, and Hayes Avenue to the west, including portions within Murrieta Creek.   Also referenced as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 906-193-001, 906-200-001, -002, 906-212-001, 906-221-001, and -002.   Environmental Determination: Mitigated Negative Declaration in accordance with Section 15070 of the California Environmental Quality Act. The proposed project application plans and other information may be reviewed at the Planning Division counters at City Hall Monday – Friday 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. 


If you challenge the City’s action on this amendment in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council prior to the public hearing. Any interested person may either submit written comments to the City Council before the hearing or may appear and be heard before the City Council at the time of the hearing. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk at 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, and by email at [email protected]. Written comments may also be submitted at the public hearing.
