[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing Notice - Preliminary Operating Budget

CITY OF MURRIETA
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Murrieta Fire District on June 20, 2023, at 6:00 PM, or a time soon thereafter at City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, to consider the following matter:

The Preliminary Operating Budget for the Murrieta Fire District is scheduled to be adopted on June 6, 2023.  The Preliminary Operating Budget is available for inspection at City Hall, 1 Town Square, and at Fire Station #1, Administrative Offices, 41825 Juniper Street, Murrieta, during normal business hours. Adoption of the Final Operating Budget is scheduled for 6:00 P.M. on June 20, 2023, at the City Hall Council Chamber, 1 Town Square, Murrieta. 

Any interested person may either submit written comments to the City Council before the hearing or may appear and be heard before the City Council at the time of the hearing. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk at 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562 and by email at [email protected]. Written comments may also be submitted at the public hearing. If you challenge the City’s action on this amendment in court you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council prior to the public hearing.
