NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following City Council Agenda Item of the April 18, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting was opened, continued and scheduled for the 6:00 p.m Regular City Council Meeting on May 16, 2023, in the Council Chambers at Murrieta City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA.
AN APPEAL OF PLANNING COMMISSION’S DECISION TO APPROVE (DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2022-2601) The project is for a Development Plan permit for consideration of a 96-unit multi-family residential project, in 4 buildings, each three stories in height (100% of the units will be at an affordable level). There will also be a one-story community building, on-site parking, landscaping, and fencing/walls. The zoning of the property is Multi-Family (MF-2) on 3.6 acres. The project includes off-site road improvements to Hawthorn Street including water and sewer connections (APN’s 909-020-052, 090-020-020 and 909-020-021).
