PUBLIC NOTICE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR 

HOMELESSNESS CONSULTING SERVICES – 

FORMATION OF REGIONAL HOMELESS ALLIANCE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Murrieta (“City”) is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to request proposals from qualified individuals and firms (“Proposer”) for Homelessness Consulting Services for the formation of the Regional Homeless Alliance.  The RFP document is available in electronic format online at: https://www.murrietaca.gov/Bids.aspx.

 

Any questions, interpretations or clarifications regarding this RFP, either administrative or technical, must be requested electronically, in writing, prior to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday, October 24, 2022, and shall be directed to the following City contact: Brian Ambrose, Director of Community Services, at [email protected].

 

Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to the City Clerk at the following email address: [email protected] no later than 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

 

The subject of the email must be labeled as follows: Proposal – RHA

 

Proposals received after the above-mentioned date and time will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
