Stay up to date on the Fairview Fire. Last night the wildfire became visible from Murrieta and people want to have accurate and timely information. At this time, there is still no threat to Murrieta.

The response is being led by CAL FIRE; however, Murrieta Fire & Rescue firefighters, along with many other agencies, are assisting with the wildfire response and our emergency operations team is in constant communication with the incident command. We are ready to provide additional support as needed.

Situations like these remind us of the importance of being prepared. If you don't have your go-bags or an emergency plan, now is the perfect time to make sure you, your family, and pets are ready - just in case a fire or another emergency happens.
