NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following City Council Agenda Item from the August 2, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting was continued to the August 16, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting scheduled for 6:00 p.m., or a time soon thereafter, in the Council Chambers at Murrieta City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA.:
6. | Approving the Fiscal Year 2022/23 Capital Improvement Plan budget and approving the Fiscal Years 2022/23 to 2026/27 Capital Improvement Plan (CC)(RSA)(CSD) Recommended Action: 1. As the City Council, adopt Resolution No. 22-4601 entitled: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Murrieta, California, Approving the Fiscal Year 2022/23 Capital Improvement Plan Budget and Approving the Fiscal Years 2022/23 to 2026/27 Capital Improvement Plan, Authorizing Operating Transfers for Various Funds, and Approving the Use of General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance, General Fund Continuing Operations Reserve, Measure T Unassigned Fund Balance, Measure T Continuing Operations Reserve, Measure T Facility Repair Reserve, Measure T Fire Facility Reserve and Measure T CSD Facility Repair Reserve; 2. As the Board of Directors, adopt Resolution No. CSD 22-274 entitled: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Community Services District of the City of Murrieta, California, Approving the Fiscal Year 2022/23 Capital Improvement Plan Budget and Approving the Fiscal Years 2022/23 to 2026/27 Capital Improvement Plan; AND 3. As the City Council, adopt Resolution No. RSA 22-27 entitled: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Murrieta, California, Acting as Successor Agency, Approving the Fiscal Year 2022/23 Capital Improvement Plan Budget and Approving the Fiscal Years 2022/23 to 2026/27 Capital Improvement Plan. |
