PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
Notice is hereby given that the Murrieta City Council adopted the following Ordinance at a Regular meeting on August 20, 2019, commencing at 6:00 p.m., City Council Chambers, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562.
Ordinance No. 550-19 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MURRIETA, CALIFORNIA, ADDING CHAPTER 2.34 OF THE MURRIETA MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND ELECTRONIC RECORDS.
The votes were:
AYES: Council Members Ingram, Vinton, White, Mayor Pro Tem Lane, Mayor Seyarto
ABSENT: Council Member Ingram
The above Ordinance was introduced at a Regular meeting on August 6, 2019 and adopted at a Regular meeting held on August 20, 2019. Said Ordinance is on file in the office of the City Clerk at 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, and may be viewed during regular business hours and on the City website at www.MurrietaCA.gov.
