NOTICE OF PENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP – PM 37612
FOR MHS-Retail, LLC A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 7, 2022, at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, the City Council shall be notified of review and approval of final map application for Parcel Map 37612 (TPM 37612).
An application was filed by MHS-Retail, LLC for Tentative Parcel Map No. 37612 to subdivide 2.47 acre into three (3) parcels for retail development. Included with the development is a 7-Eleven and Super Star Car Wash.
Engineering staff has completed a review of the final map for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Murrieta Municipal Code. Final Parcel Map PM 37612 conforms to the conditions of approval and the tentative parcel map. All dedications and mitigation required in the conditions of approval have been offered and secured.
The mylars of the original final parcel map are available for review in the City Clerk’s office.
