NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following City Council Agenda Item and public testimony of the Applicant, from the May 3, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting was continued to the June 7, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting scheduled for 6:00 p.m., or a time soon thereafter, in the Council Chambers at Murrieta City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA.
Adams Avenue Affordable Project, Development Plan 2021-2311, Tentative Parcel Map 2021-2326 and Disposition and Development Agreement 2022-2491 to develop a multi-family affordable residential project between the Murrieta Housing Authority and National Community Renaissance of California at 24960 Adams Avenue (CC)(HA)
Recommended Action: The Planning Commission and Staff recommend the following:
- Adopt Resolution 22-4558 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Murrieta Adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration, Approving Development Plan 2021-2311 and Tentative Parcel Map 2021-2326, For the Construction of 200 Multi-Family Affordable Residential Units and Associated Improvements Located at 24960 Adams Avenue (APN 906-080-018); and
- Adopt Resolution HA 22-38 A Resolution of the Housing Authority of the City of Murrieta to Approve A Disposition and Development Agreement 2022-2491 Between the Murrieta Housing Authority and National Community Renaissance of California (CORE) to Develop Multi-Family Affordable Housing at 24960 Adams Avenue (APN 906-080-018) (Attachments 1 and 2).
