PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE INTRODUCTION

Notice is hereby given that the Murrieta City Council introduced the following Ordinance at a Regular meeting on July 16, 2019, commencing at 6:00 p.m., City Council Chambers, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA  92562. 

AN ORDINANCE (DCA 2019-1877) AMENDING TITLE 16, ARTICLE II AND III OF THE MURRIETA MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDING SECTION 16.44.250 ALLOWING INDUSTRIAL HEMP PRODUCTS CONSISTENT WITH THE 2018 FEDERAL FARM BILL AND ALLOW CANNABIS TESTING FACILITIES IN THE BUSINESS PARK AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS.  

The above Ordinance was introduced at a Regular meeting on July 16, 2019 and is slated for adoption at a Regular meeting to be held on August 6, 2019.  Said Ordinance is on file in the office of the City Clerk at 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA  92562, and may be viewed during regular business hours and on the City website at www.MurrietaCA.gov.
