NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

REDISTRICTING 2021- COMMUNITIES OF INTEREST

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Murrieta will conduct a public hearing per Elections Code Section 21607.1 on October 19, 2021, at 6:45 P.M. at City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, at which the City Council will receive testimonies from Communities of Interest.

All interested persons are invited to attend said public hearing and express opinions and comments relating to this matter. Written comments concerning this matter may be submitted to the City Clerk at 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562 and by email at [email protected]. Written comments may also be submitted at the public hearing.

If you challenge the City’s action on this project in court you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to the public hearing.

If live translation, in Spanish, is needed for this public hearing or if a reasonable accommodation in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act is needed, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at (951) 461-6031 or via email at [email protected]. Notification 72 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements.
