PUBLIC COMMENTS 

 

Any member of the public may address the Commission during the public comments portion of the agenda on items within the Commission's jurisdiction that are not already scheduled for consideration on this agenda.  However, the Commission can take no action on matters that are not part of the posted agenda.  A time limit of three minutes may be applied on each individual addressing the Commission.

 

Any individual or group desiring to make a presentation to the Commission of more than three (3) minutes in length must make arrangements with the Planning Director in advance.

 

CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

 

PH1.

5th Code Updates (DCA-2021-2320) to the City’s Development Code for the purpose of revising and updating Sections 16.08, 16.16, 16.20, 16.34, 16.44, 16.70, and 16.110 (“Development Code Amendment”) and to amend Chapter 10.44 – "Parking Restrictions for Commercial, Recreational, and Certain Other Vehicles" of the Municipal Code.

 

Recommended Action: Staff recommends the following:

 

1. Find that the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines in accordance with Class 32, Section Number §15061(b)(3), and Statutory Exempt per Public Resources Code Section §21080.17; and,

 

2. Receive additional public comments; and,

 

3. Adopt a Resolution (Attachment 1) recommending that the City Council introduce and place on first reading an Ordinance for the Title 16 updates reflective of either Exhibit B-1 (Attachments 4 and 5), or Exhibit B-2 (Attachments 6 and 7), or Exhibit B-3 (Attachments 8 and 9), or Exhibit B-4 (Attachments 10 and 11).
