[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing - September 21, 2021

The public hearing relates to the adoption of the proposed Fiscal Year 2021/22 to 2025/26 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the City of Murrieta.  The proposed new CIP locations include: 

 

  • CIP 10041 North Amphitheater Parking Lot: Project is located next to Town Square Park located in the vicinity of 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562

 

  • CIP 21017 Police Department Building Office Expansion: Project is located in the Murrieta Police Department Building located at 2 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562

 

  • CIP 21021 Police Department Building Community Room: Project is located in the Murrieta Police Department Building located at 2 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562

 

  • CIP 21018 Public Works Facility Expansion: Project is located at the Public Works Yard located at 41625 Fig Street, Murrieta, CA 92562

 

  • CIP 22025 California Oaks Sports Park Pool Repairs: Project is located in the California Oaks Sports Park located at 40060 California Oaks Road, Murrieta, CA 92562

 

  • CIP 22026 Oak Terrace Park Tot Lot Rehab: Project is located in the Oak Terrace Park located at 27301 Sweetspire Terrace, Murrieta, CA 92562

 

  • CIP 10042 Automated Book Bin Sorter Replacement: Project is located in the Library Building located at 8 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562

 

  • CIP 21019 Fire Station 1 Sewer-Concrete Replacement: Project is located in the Fire Department Station 1 located at 41825 Juniper Street, Murrieta, CA 92562

 

  • CIP 21020 Fire Station 2 Concrete Replacement: Project is located in the Fire Department Station 2 located at 40060 California Oaks Road, Murrieta, CA 92562

 

Existing CIP project locations can be found in the proposed CIP. The CIP will be made available for inspection at the City Clerk’s Department (City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta) no later than September 10, 2021, during normal business hours. 

 

Any person may either submit written comments to the City Clerk before the hearing which shall be made as part of the record, or may appear and be heard regarding any item in the budget or regarding the addition of other items.  If you challenge any of this matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at, or prior to the public hearing.
