NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON DELINQUENT TRASH CHARGES
The Murrieta City Council will conduct a public hearing on unpaid trash hauling charges for 2020, on the following date and time, after which it will consider making the charges a tax lien and certifying the charges for collection with property taxes:

PURSUANT TO GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM’S EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20 THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED AS A HYBRID (IN PERSON AND VIA ZOOM) TELECONFERENCE MEETING.
THE COUNCIL CHAMBER WILL HAVE VERY LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO ATTEND THE MEETING IN PERSON.
ALL PERSONS VISITING CITY FACILITIES SHALL WEAR FACE MASKS, OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOLS, AND ARE SUBJECT TO TEMPERATURE CHECKS AND COMPLETION OF A VERBAL HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE.

Those wishing to be heard on this subject, but are unable to attend the meeting may submit written comments in advance of the hearing. Such comments should be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office at the City Hall address cited above.
