As we continue to streamline permit processes, effective Monday, April 5, 2021, we will be issuing certain permit types for single-family residences online. That means you can submit, pay and receive the permit and job card all via email without having to step foot into City Hall.
The designated email to submit permit paperwork for everything except solar is [email protected].
All Qualifying Over the Counter permits are for Single Family Residential only and include:
- Standard and Tankless Water Heaters
- Water Softeners
- Re-pipe
- Sewer/DWV Repair
- Solar*
- Panel Upgrade/Temp Power/Meter Pedestals (up to 400AMP)
- HVAC Replacement/Installations
- Retaining Walls (City Standard)
- Patios and Balcony (City Standard)
- Pools/Spa’s
- Fence/Block wall (City Standard)
- Minor Plumbing Work/Repairs
- Minor Electrical Work/Repairs
- Re-Roof
- Balcony (City Standard)
