Recommended Action: Adopt a Resolution entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MURRIETA UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT PLAN (DP) 2018-1657 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2018-1658 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A SELF-STORAGE FACILITY WITH ASSOCIATED ON-SITE PARKING, LANDSCAPING AND MODIFICATION OF HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT APN: 947-020-020.
