[ARCHIVED] Murrieta Now Offers Free COVID-19 Testing

covid testing at City2

The City of Murrieta in partnership with Riverside County Public Health will provide free, walk-up COVID-19 testing on Fridays between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. outside the Murrieta Community Center. Testing is open to those with and without symptoms living in Riverside County. Please register at https://curative.com/search (note this is a new registration link, effective January 27, 2021).

Murrieta Mayor Scott Vinton appreciates the local partnership. “Until now, Murrieta did not have a dedicated COVID test site. We are pleased to work with Riverside County to provide this important service close to home.”

With guidance from site staff, participants will self-administer a mouth-swab PCR test and receive results in about two days.

The Community Center is located at 41810 Juniper Street, near the Murrieta Public Library. Look for the Curative trailer. To protect staff and participants, please wear a mask and practice social distancing while at the test site.
