PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION

Notice is hereby given that the Murrieta City Council adopted the following Ordinance at a Regular meeting on January 21, 2020, commencing at 6:00 p.m., City Council Chambers, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA  92562. 

ORDINANCE NO. 555-20: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MURRIETA ADOPTING THE CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE, 2019 EDITION, AND 2018 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE WITH CERTAIN AMENDMENTS, ADDITIONS, AND DELETIONS, AND REPEALING CHAPTER 15.24 OF THE MURRIETA MUNICIPAL CODE IN ITS ENTIRETY AND REPLACING WITH A NEW CHAPTER 15.24.

The votes were:     

AYES:        Council Members Ingram, Vinton, White, Wunderlich
NOES:        None
ABSENT:     Council Member Seyarto
ABSTAIN:    None

The above Ordinance was introduced at a Regular meeting on December 17, 2019, and adopted at a Regular meeting held on January 21, 2020.  Said Ordinance is on file in the office of the City Clerk at 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA  92562, and may be viewed during regular business hours and on the City website at www.MurrietaCA.gov.
