Sadly, due to dangerous weather conditions, the 9/11 Observance Ceremony had to be canceled.

On Sunday, September 11, 2022 the nation will mark the 21st anniversary of the four coordinated terrorist attacks by al-Qaeda. The City of Murrieta will pay respects to those who perished that day with an observance ceremony at Town Square Park beginning at approximately 6:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend and reflect on the occasion.
