Plan Review - Submittal Process

  • Plans and specifications must be submitted in PDF format and emailed to [email protected] for review.  Please include the project address and permit type the email subject line, and a project number if one already exists. 
  • The project will be processed for plan check and assigned a project/permit number, and routed for plan review. Once your project has been approved, fees will be calculated and an email will be sent to the applicant.  Fees can be paid by phone or in person; please reply back to the email to arrange a time to process the payment. 
  • Once the project is paid for, please send an email to [email protected] with "SCHEDULE PERMIT APPOINTMENT" in the subject line or call our office at (951) 461-6151.
