If you are looking to reserve a sports field within the City of Murrieta, please first select the category you fall under and follow those instructions.

If you are an independent team looking for practice space, you will need to fill out the Athletic Facility Reservation Form (PDF) and turn in three additional pieces of information. Staff is currently accepting 2023 Fall season field requests for the City of Murrieta resident teams. Resident teams will have priority on available fields as long as staff receives all documents needed by July 31, 2023.

  • A $2 million liability insurance policy naming the City of Murrieta as an additional insured. The City of Murrieta's address is:

  • An endorsement letter, for the certificate, from the insurance company endorsing the City of Murrieta as an additional insured. The endorsement should include primary and non-contributory language, waiver of subrogation, and 30-days notice of cancellation. 
  • An official team roster listing the players and their addresses
