Swim Lessons

The City of Murrieta's Aquatics program offers a variety of swim lessons conducted by Premier Aquatics. Classes are at the California Oaks Sports Park Pool.

The trained instructors make learning fun in a safe environment while providing a balanced program that teaches swimming skills and water safety to everyone from infancy to adulthood. Swim lesson levels and descriptions are generic, and actual class instruction may not cover all skills listed in the description due to the swimmer's ability.

Public Swim

Come cool off this summer at the California Oaks Sports Park pool. Please note that daily entry for large parties or summer camps is by reservation only.

Lap Swim

Are you looking for a low-impact whole body workout? Then try lap swimming. Lap swimming is a great way to awaken your mind and body. It offers a way for you to work multiple parts of the body in one simple, low-impact exercise.

Class Times & Requirements

Please note that lap swimming is offered to participants 16 years and older or to children who are swim team members (must show current registration). Times and days vary.

Water Exercise

Want to lose weight without breaking a sweat? Hop in the pool! This fun water workout burns mega calories and tones every troubled spot. 

The class is led by one of our certified water exercise instructors every  Wednesday and Friday morning from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Using water resistance, the benefits include cardiovascular endurance, muscle toning, and flexibility. Water Exercise is refreshing and rewarding for all fitness levels, and you don't need to know how to swim. See what all the talk is about and get fit this summer. 

Classes are for anyone 18 years and older.
