Public Hearings give an opportunity for any person, whether a resident, business owner or concerned citizen, to address the City Council on an issue that may affect a person's interest, property or other possessions. To make fair, impartial decisions, the City Council needs as much information as is readily available from all sources, which includes the community and citizens impacted by a proposed action.
