To help stop identity theft and as a service to our residents, the City of Murrieta City Clerk Department is hosting a FREE Document On-Site Shredding Event. The event will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. or until the truck is filled to capacity. Residents may bring up to FIVE banker-sized boxes per trip, to the back parking lot of City Hall.
Items that may be included are paper documents such as legal, medical, financial, tax, bank, photos, and credit card statements (no need to remove staples or paper clips). Residents may also bring credit cards and CDs. No businesses please.

MURRIETA, CA – Do you want to attend college, but aren’t sure what to do to give yourself the edge and your best chance possible? Gain helpful insights into things you can do and when to do them as you prepare yourself for college. Learn criteria for evaluating colleges and other valuable information on how to find the right one. This seminar will be held at the Murrieta Public Library on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 6 p.m. in the Community Room and is open to teens and their parents.
“Knowing how to prepare yourself to get into the best college for your chosen field of study can sometimes be daunting,” states Joyce Lea Brown, Teen Services Librarian, “but help is here!” “Advanced College Solutions, Inc. is partnering with the Murrieta Public Library to provide another valuable program for our community.”
