2021 State of the City
Murrieta Mayor Scott Vinton to Give State of the City Address
The City of Murrieta will present its 30th Anniversary State of the City on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at the new Town Square Park Amphitheater.
Mayor Scott Vinton will deliver the address at 7 p.m. The event is open to the public and free to attend. Preceding the event, the Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce will host a reception at the Murrieta Public Library Garden of Verses from 5:30-6:30 p.m. A $25 ticket is required for the VIP reception.
Looking back at the strong community the City has become in the last 30 years, the State of the City will address both challenges and triumphs. Mayor Vinton will discuss exciting business and development updates, how the City continued to maintain operations with minimal service disruption during this past year, and what’s in store for the future.
As a special treat, students from the Norris Performing Arts Academy (N-PAC) will open the event with a short musical performance, providing a glimpse of what’s to come with the state-of-the-art amphitheater in our own backyard.
The collaborative event between the City and Chamber reflects the long history the two organizations have of working together toward community and business success.
